MCKhor

Mr M.C. Khor has 23 years experience in various field in semiconductor, metal fabrication and food processing. I graduated as BS of Chemical Engineering and MS of Business International Management from University of North Dakota, USA and Schiller International University, Germany respectively. My career entry began as project engineer at American Refinery Inc. in State of Hawaii,USA. Upon return to Malaysia, I worked at SIEMENS Semiconductor Technology Sdn. Bhd as R & D Materials Engineer, involves in analysis, source, development of new electronics materials for advance integrated circuits packaging. The instruments was exposed are Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Liquid Chromotography (LC), Viscometer, SEM/EDX, SAM, X-Radiography, Wire pull Test/Die Shear Test. I took a challenge to join Image Transforms (M) Sdn. Bhd as market development manager. During my short timeframe, I was able to expend the customers base in different industries such as semiconductor, disk-drive, solid state light and photovoltaics. SEM/EDX, XPS, AES, PEM, LSM was penetrated to MNC in the Malaysia. I took an early retirement and join Mach Technology Sdn. Bhd as an entrepreneurship to re-organize its business mainly in knowledge-base model in technical training, provide electronics materials and failure analysis for product improvement, process failure prevention, production yield improvement.

Mr. Richard Keating has over 20 years experience in the field of Semiconductor Manufacturing, Yield, Device, and Process Development Engineering. Graduated with a MS, BS in Solid State Physics from Texas A&M University, USA. Senior Member of IEEE with a number of technical papers and patents to his name. His career started at the Delco Electronics R&D labs in Indiana USA where he developed advanced Linear CMOS Processes for radios. He also did research into dielectric and conducting films for silicon wafer fabrication. He later moved to Motorola’s Arizona fabs where he held a number of Engineering and Management positions. His work included development of state of the art RF BiCMOS Integration for Cell Phone chipsets. Other areas of contribution include Schottky Logic Bipolar, LDMOS, HC11 Microcontrollers with embedded EEPROM, and SiGe HBT development. The last 5 years he was a Pioneer member of the Silterra Sdn. Bhd. Wafer Fab start up in Kulim Malaysia. As Customer Engineering Manager and later Senior Member of Technical Staff in Process Integration, he helped bring up this state of the art 8 inch Fab. His contributions include the development of their 0.22µm foundry compatible process, development of the 0.18µm RF and Mixed Signal process, and management of the customer engagement for 0.25, 0.22, and 0.18µm processes.
